1. Garlic With Honey
Garlic cloves should be used fresh. About 1/2 -1 cloves can be chopped or crushed and kept in a spoon and add some honey to it and drink it. Repeat every 4-6 hours. This mix taken regularly is said to reduce heart ailments, cholesterol, triglycerides, and even blood sugar levels and also various kinds of cancers. Respiratory problems like a sinus infection, nose block, chest congestion and bronchitis are also reduced by taking this solution.
2. Garlic Tea
For those who do not like the taste of garlic, this is a good option.Take 4 cups of filtered water and boil it well. Then cool it slightly and add 4-5 cloves of chopped or crushed garlic. Strain add some lemon juice and honey. Can be taken 3-4 times a day to get relieve from respiratory issues, heart and cholesterol problems and also the antioxidant properties of garlic will protect the body from various serious ailments.A compress of cold garlic tea can be applied to wounds covered with a dressing and left overnight to treat the wound. 3. Garlic Juice
Simply crush and handful of garlic pods and extract the juice. About 1/4-1 tsp of fresh garlic juice can be mixed with the honey of any fresh fruit juice. Take a cup of chopped garlic and pour it in a container. Now add 2 cups of vodka or grain alcohol, or vinegar. Close with an airtight lid and shake every day for 2 weeks. 5. Garlic For Cooking

But garlic should always be crushed and left for 10 minutes and then used as this promotes the formation of allicin that is the disease-fighting compound in this herb. It can be then used raw in salads or subjected to slow flame cooking to retain its health properties.
6. Garlic Oil
Take about 100 ml of coconut oil and add to it 10 cloves of crushed garlic and 2/3 tsp of black salt and 5/6 tbsp of red chilli pepper. Close the mouth of the jar tightly with a cloth and leave it in the sun for 5-6 days. Keep shaking the jar every 3-4 hours. Strain and use. This is an excellent oil for muscular pain, joint pains and mild burns.
