Press Room

Welcome to the press room for Life Your Life Well. Here, members of the news media can find information about the Live Your Life Well campaign, press releases and alerts, spokespersons, and answers to Frequently Asked Questions.

Live Your Life Well is a national public education campaign dedicated to helping people better cope with stress and enhance their well-being. Stress can take a huge toll on a person's health, mood, productivity and relationships, but specific, evidence-based tools can help counterbalance these effects. The non-profit Mental Health America has created Live Your Life Well to increase the number of people who take action to protect their mental health, both in the face of ongoing stress and in times of great personal challenge.

If you are a member of the press and would like to speak with a campaign representative or would like to schedule an interview, please contact Mental Health America's press line at mediainfo@mentalhealthamerica.net or 703-838-7516.
