Live Your Life WellSM is an innovative campaign offering research-based tools to help all Americans combat stress and promote well-being. This is the first national program in the U.S. to bring together the information from many, varied fields that Americans need in difficult times and to emphasize that mental health is more than the absence of illness - it's about being able to handle life's challenges.
